I’m Elouise Van Genderen, and for more than 25 years I’ve been helping businesses and organisations work smarter, not harder.
I’ve worn many hats myself — from business banker to compliance specialist, not-for-profit board member to governance trainer — and I know how important it is to have practical, down to earth support when you’re juggling competing priorities.
I believe in creating solutions that actually work in the real world, not just look good on paper. My clients know me for my ability to simplify complexity, cut through the noise, and make things happen.
